Ebb Tide Developes AGILE Leaders with an AGILE Leadership Development Process For Teams and Individuals

Ebb Tide develops AGILE leaders who are:

Adaptive

Goal Oriented

Have Integrity

Are Lifelong Learners

And Emotionally Intelligent

Ebb Tide's 5 step AGILE process helps you achieve your goals through a powerful alignment of values, mindset and habit that is evidence based and grounded in brain science.

Through this process you will become an AGILE leader who is able to stay focused amidst constant change, navigate political waters successfully and deliver results that make a difference.

Strategic Planning

A solid strategic plan provides unity of purpose, priority actions with maximum impact on outcomes and guideposts to develop manageable workloads.

I will work with you to refresh an existing strategic plan or create one from scratch. I design interactive processes that draw on the collective wisdom of the group to produce plans

  • Grounded in values,
  • With long- and short-term measurable goals,
  • Distinct milestones and
  • Clearly identified roles

In my 20 years of experience operationalizing strategic vision, I have learned what makes the difference between a dusty plan and transformative action is leveraging culture and using the power of habit to accelerate transformation. Using behavior change science, we will identify the most effective transformative behaviors for making your culture more agile and adaptive and will design a system for building habits around these behaviors.

Change Management

We draw on proven change management methodologies like Kotter, Prosci and ADKAR to address specific change events and make organizations more nimble so your initiative will gain traction instead of joining the 70% that fail. We also incorporate brain science on how people react to change and become motivated to take part.

We offer change management as a compliment to strategic planning, a stand-alone service related to a specific change event or as a way to build agile organizations. We would work together to create a change management effort that:

  • Identifies the change
  • Presents the business case for change
  • Outlines a road map for change
  • Provides resources and uses data to evaluate success
  • Incorporates a strategic communications plan
  • Monitors and manages resistance, dependencies and budget risks
  • Celebrates
